We hope that you are delighted with your purchases. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer an extensive refunds and return policy.
Please feel free to contact us within 14 days of your purchase date if required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We regret that we are unable to refund digital goods such as gift cards and downloadable products.
To complete your return, we will require your order reference and proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we are able to confirm your order. We will provide you with an address for product returns which may vary according to which products are being returned.
If return conditions are not met, we may be able to provide an exchange or partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this may take a few days dependent on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Please note that some payment providers take longer to apply refunds than others. You may wish to contact your credit card company if you suspect an issue with their process.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Graded items
If a “graded” or used item has been sold and you are unsatisfied, we may not be able to provide an exchange or full refund. We do our best to provide honest, in-depth descriptions about the condition of graded items. However, if this is not found to be the case, we will endeavour to make things right and arrange a refund of your purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or have been damaged in transit. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please contact us. Please note that we usually receive photos of packages at the point of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Delivery returns
We will provide you with an address for your return. Different items may need to be sent to different addresses.
Dependent on the nature of the return, you may be responsible for delivery costs. We will make this clear during the refund process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
